How to Set Up a Mobile Proxy in Multilogin
Multilogin is one of the most established antidetect browsers, used heavily by affiliate marketers, media buyers, and anyone managing multiple browser profiles at scale. Like any antidetect browser, the proxy you pair it with makes or breaks the setup.
This guide walks through exactly how to set up a SentraCell 4G/5G mobile proxy in Multilogin using SOCKS5, verify that it is working, and use your rotation link to get a fresh IP whenever you need one.
Before you start: Have your SentraCell credentials ready: SOCKS5 host, port, username, and password. These are delivered to your Telegram DM after purchase. No proxy yet? Message us on Telegram and you are set up in under 10 minutes.
What You'll Need
- -Multilogin installed and logged in
- -SOCKS5 credentials (host, port, username, password) from your SentraCell DM
- -Rotation link for rotating your IP on demand, included with every port
Step-by-Step Setup
-
1Open Multilogin and click Create to start a new browser profile. Name it whatever you want.
-
2Click Proxy in the profile settings, then select Custom.
-
3Select SOCKS5 as the proxy type. HTTP works too, but SOCKS5 is what we recommend.
-
4Get your proxy credentials. Open Telegram, go to the SentraCell bot, tap Credentials, and copy your SOCKS5 login string.
-
5Paste the credentials into Multilogin: host, port, username, and password in their fields. Give it a moment to connect.
-
6Check the connection. Multilogin pings the proxy automatically. Once it shows a successful connection, you are good.
-
7Click Create to save the profile, then launch the browser.
-
8Verify the proxy is active at browserleaks.com/ip or any IP checker. You should see the proxy's carrier location, not your real one.
That's it. Every tab in that profile now routes through a real US carrier IP on a dedicated SentraCell device, with no datacenter fingerprint.
How to Rotate Your IP
Every SentraCell proxy includes a rotation link, and you can use it directly from inside the Multilogin browser. Paste the rotation link into the address bar and hit enter. The device pulls a fresh carrier IP in about 5 to 10 seconds. Refresh your IP checker to confirm the change.
Create a separate Multilogin profile for each account you manage, each with its own SentraCell port. Every profile stays completely isolated: different IP, different fingerprint, zero crossover between accounts.
Why Mobile Proxies Work Better in Antidetect Browsers
Antidetect browsers solve the browser fingerprint problem by making each profile look like a unique device. But if all your profiles share the same datacenter IP, platforms can still link them together at the network level.
Pairing Multilogin with a real mobile proxy solves both sides. The browser fingerprint looks unique, and the IP looks like a genuine mobile user on Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile. No datacenter flag, no shared IP pool, and no connection between your profiles at the network level.
That is the combination that actually works at scale.
