By purchasing or using any proxy service from SentraCell, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Short version: Use our proxies legally, don't abuse the service, and understand that we don't offer refunds once a proxy is activated. If you have questions, just DM us before buying.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing SentraCell services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Permitted Use

SentraCell proxies are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Permitted uses include but are not limited to:

Web scraping and data collection for legitimate research or business purposes
Account management and social media automation within each platform's terms
Ad verification and market research
Privacy protection and general browsing

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use SentraCell proxies for any of the following:

Any illegal activity, including fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized access to systems
Sending spam, phishing, or malicious content
Conducting DDoS attacks or any form of network abuse
Accessing or distributing child exploitation material or any illegal content
Any activity that violates the rights of third parties

SentraCell reserves the right to terminate service immediately and without refund if prohibited use is detected.

4. Payment & Billing

All purchases are handled directly via Telegram DM with our team. Payments are accepted via cryptocurrency and other agreed methods. Services are billed on a monthly basis per proxy port unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final once a proxy has been activated and credentials have been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incompatibility with third-party platforms.

If your proxy is non-functional from the time of delivery through no fault of your own, contact us immediately via Telegram and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

6. Service Availability

SentraCell makes no guarantee of 100% uptime. While we work to maintain reliable service, temporary outages may occur due to carrier-side issues, device maintenance, or circumstances outside our control. We will work to resolve any downtime promptly.

7. Account & Credential Security

Your proxy credentials are for your personal use only. You must not share, resell, or distribute your credentials to third parties without prior written agreement from SentraCell. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to deliver and manage your service — primarily your Telegram handle and any referral information you provide. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Traffic routed through our proxies is not logged or monitored.

9. Limitation of Liability

SentraCell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the month the issue occurred.

10. Changes to Terms

SentraCell reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of significant changes via Telegram.
