How to Rotate IPs Between Browser Profiles
If you run several accounts through one mobile proxy, there's one rule that matters most: one account per IP at a time. When two accounts show up on the same IP, sites can link them, and a ban on one can spread to the rest. That's a chain ban.
The fix is a simple routine: finish with one account, rotate the IP, check it changed, then move to the next. This guide follows the video using AdsPower, but it works the same in any antidetect browser.

What You'll Need
- •A mobile proxy with a rotation link. Rotation only works if your provider lets you change the IP on demand.
- •An antidetect browser. We use AdsPower here. Dolphin, GoLogin, Multilogin and others work the same way.
- •An IP checker, like whatismyip.com.
Part 1: Set Up Your Profiles
-
1Copy your SOCKS5 login. SentraCell customers get it in @sentracell_proxies_bot on Telegram.
-
2Create the first profile. In AdsPower, click New Profile, scroll down to the proxy settings, pick SOCKS5 and paste your login.
-
3Click Check Proxy to make sure it connects. This is account one.
-
4Create the second profile the same way, with the same proxy login. Both profiles share one proxy. The rotation is what keeps them apart.
Part 2: Rotate Between Accounts
-
5Open profile one and check your IP. Go to whatismyip.com and note the address.
-
6Do your work on account one. When you're done, close the browser profile completely, not just the tab.
-
7Rotate the IP. Open your rotation link, or tap Rotate IP in the bot. Once the change command is sent, give it about 10 seconds.
-
8Open profile two and check your IP again. It should be a new address. If it's still the old one, wait a few seconds and refresh.
-
9Only then log in to account two. Before every switch, repeat the same routine: close the profile, rotate, check.
Rotate before you open the next profile. Many profiles reopen their saved tabs when they launch, which would load account two on the old IP before you get the chance to rotate. If you do open a profile first, visit only an IP checker until the address changes.
Rules That Keep Your Accounts Apart
One profile open at a time. Two profiles running on the same proxy share the same IP, which is exactly what you're trying to avoid.
Always confirm the new IP before you log in. It takes five seconds, and it's the only way to know the rotation worked.
Keep one account per profile. The IP is only one signal. Your antidetect browser keeps each profile's fingerprint and cookies separate, so never sign in to two accounts inside the same profile.
Need accounts running at the same time? Then rotation isn't enough. Give each account you run in parallel its own proxy.
Rotation FAQ
How long does a rotation take?
About 5 to 10 seconds with a SentraCell proxy. Refresh your IP checker until the new address shows.
Do I need to change my proxy settings after rotating?
No. The server, port and login stay the same. Only the IP behind them changes, so every profile keeps working.
How many accounts can share one proxy?
As many as you can work through one at a time. If you need several accounts active at once, give each of those its own proxy.
Need a Mobile Proxy with a Rotation Link?
SentraCell runs dedicated mobile proxies on real US phones. Each one comes with a rotation link and a fresh IP in seconds. Message us the word YOUTUBE for $30 off your first month.
