Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026
SentraCell ("we", "us", "our") is operated by TND Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company headquartered in Austin, Texas, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit sentracell.com or use our dedicated mobile proxy services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.
By using sentracell.com or purchasing our services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.
Plain English summary: We collect very little. We do not log your proxy traffic content. We do not sell your data. We use minimal analytics to understand how the site is used. Payments go through third-party providers and crypto wallets that we do not operate. Sales conversations happen on Telegram.
1. Information We Collect
The categories of information we may collect:
- Information you give us directly. When you contact us via Telegram (@jd_ofm), email (sentracellproxies@gmail.com), or any contact form, you may share your name, email address, Telegram handle, country, intended use case, and any other information you choose to include in the message.
- Payment information. We do not store credit card or bank account numbers. Crypto payments are received at wallet addresses we control; the only information we see is the on-chain transaction. Wise payments process through Wise's systems; we receive your name and the transferred amount but not your bank credentials.
- Service account data. Once you are a paying client, we generate proxy credentials (host, port, username, password) and assign them to your account. We retain a record of which credentials are assigned to which client, the device and carrier they map to, and your billing history.
- Site usage data. When you visit sentracell.com we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, approximate location (city or region level via IP), device and browser type, and anonymized interactions. We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-BN0L669YMG) and Microsoft Clarity (project ID whz0d9zdyz) for this. See section 5 for details on what each tool collects.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for the analytics purposes above. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect or Log
To be specific about what we do not do, since this matters for a proxy service:
- We do not log the content of any traffic that passes through our proxies.
- We do not log the destinations (URLs or domains) that you access through our proxies, except for short-term aggregated bandwidth and uptime metrics used to operate the network.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with marketers, data brokers, or advertising networks.
- We do not use your data to train AI models or to power any product other than the one you are paying for.
- We do not store payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or full crypto wallet seed phrases.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes only:
- To deliver the proxy service you purchased (provisioning, support, billing, rotation, troubleshooting).
- To respond to your messages, questions, and support requests.
- To process payments and issue refunds where applicable.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the network infrastructure (uptime monitoring, abuse prevention, bandwidth accounting).
- To send service-related communications (credentials, outage notices, important account updates) through Telegram or email.
- To analyze website usage in aggregate so we can improve the site and the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests (see section 8).
4. Telegram and Communications
The majority of our customer communication happens on Telegram via the username @jd_ofm and the channel @sentracell_info. When you message us on Telegram, Telegram receives the metadata of that communication (timestamps, your Telegram username and ID, and the message content) under Telegram's own privacy policy. We can see and store the content of those conversations for support and record-keeping purposes. We are not responsible for how Telegram itself handles your data; please review Telegram's privacy policy directly at telegram.org/privacy.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following third parties to operate the site and service. Each has its own privacy practices that we do not control:
- Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC), for understanding aggregate visitor behavior. Collects approximate location, device type, pages viewed, and similar usage data. Google Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity (operated by Microsoft Corporation), for anonymized heatmaps and session recordings of site interactions. Clarity may capture mouse movement, clicks, scrolls, and the pages visited. It does not capture data entered into form fields by default. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Search Console, for monitoring search performance. This service receives aggregated, anonymized data only.
- Hosting providers, currently Netlify and our network operators, which receive the standard request data (IP address, requested resource, user agent) needed to deliver the site and run the service.
- Telegram, for messaging.
- Payment processors including Wise and on-chain crypto networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL).
6. Data Retention
We retain different categories of data for different periods:
- Active client records (credentials, billing, support history) are retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 18 months after termination, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
- Telegram conversation history is retained for at least the duration of the active relationship and may be retained longer for our records.
- Analytics data retention is controlled by Google and Microsoft per their default settings.
- Operational logs (uptime, bandwidth, abuse signals) are typically kept for 30 to 90 days for network operations.
- Tax and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable US tax law (typically 7 years).
7. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) on the site, secure storage of credentials, and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, including in response to valid subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others; or to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. Where legally permitted, we will notify you before responding to such requests.
9. Sharing in Business Transactions
If TND Solutions LLC or SentraCell is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, customer information may be transferred to the successor or acquirer as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change in ownership or control of your information.

SentraCell is operated from the United States. If you access the site or use the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the site or service, you consent to this transfer.

- The right to know what information we hold about you.
- The right to request correction of inaccurate information.
- The right to request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and operational retention obligations.
- The right to object to or restrict certain processing.
- The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- The right to file a complaint with a data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sentracellproxies@gmail.com or @jd_ofm on Telegram. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
12. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know which categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. To make a CCPA request, contact us at the addresses above.
13. EU/UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing your personal information are: (a) performance of a contract with you (delivering the service), (b) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service, (c) compliance with our legal obligations, and (d) your consent where applicable. You may exercise the rights described in section 11 by contacting us.
14. Children
SentraCell is a B2B service intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
15. Do Not Track
Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals in a special way at this time, but we do not engage in cross-site behavioral advertising in any case.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. If we make material changes, we will notify active clients via Telegram or email. Your continued use of the site or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
