Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. SentraCell is run by TND Solutions LLC in Austin, Texas.

What you're buying

Each SentraCell proxy is a digital service: a real phone on a US carrier, set up after your payment confirms and delivered to your dashboard. Nothing is shipped.

Your balance

Money you add to your balance on purpose, with Add funds or Move to my balance, can't be withdrawn or refunded. You can spend it on any proxy or renewal.

If a setup fails

If we can't set up a proxy you paid for, the full amount goes back to your balance right away so you can order again. If you'd rather have the money back, message us and we'll send it.

If you pay too much or too late

The few cents we add to match your payment go to your balance. If you send more than an order needs, or your payment arrives after the order's hold runs out, the money goes to your balance, and we'll send it back if you ask.

The first 24 hours

If a proxy doesn't work within 24 hours of setup because of a problem on our side, message us within those 24 hours. We'll fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund it.

Your phone is yours alone

Every proxy is its own phone, used only by you. If you ever find otherwise, tell us and we'll refund that month.

What we don't refund

• Problems that aren't on our side, like carrier outages or slowdowns, or your own software, settings or network
• A website or app blocking, limiting or banning proxy traffic or your accounts. Some sites limit proxies and mobile IPs, and we can't promise any site will accept them.
• Time you've already had on a proxy or renewal, whether or not you used it
• Free trials
• Accounts we close for breaking our Terms of Service, such as fraud or abuse

How refunds are sent

• Card payments go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Crypto refunds go back in the coin you paid with, to an address you give us, minus the network fee.
• Wise and Zelle payments go back the same way they came.
• If your order used a discount code, the refund is what you actually paid.
• We usually send refunds within 2 business days of approving them.

Card disputes

Please message us before disputing a charge with your bank, since we can usually fix the problem faster. A dispute over a valid charge may lead us to suspend your account while it's reviewed.

Agreeing to this policy

By paying for a proxy, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service. If we change it, the version posted when you paid applies to that payment.
