By purchasing, accessing, or using any SentraCell service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
TND Solutions LLC operates strictly as a network infrastructure provider offering proxy routing services and related technical access tools. The Company does not control user activity, direct traffic, participate in user operations, or act as a partner or agent of customers. Users maintain full responsibility for their actions.
SentraCell proxies are provided for lawful purposes only. You may not use our services for:
Permitted uses include web scraping for legitimate research, account management, ad verification, and general privacy protection within each platform's terms.
You assume full responsibility for all traffic, account activity, IP usage, automation, and any employees, contractors, or downstream users operating under your account. SentraCell bears no responsibility for customer actions.
If you resell or share access to our services, you assume full liability for downstream users. You must enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, terminate violators, and cooperate with any investigations. SentraCell has no relationship with downstream users — all liability remains with you.
This service is not advertised as anonymous. We may retain operational records and respond to valid legal investigations. Users should not expect immunity from legal process.
We may maintain operational records including account identifiers, assigned IP data, connection timing, billing records, support communications, and abuse reports. We do not guarantee whether traffic logs exist or do not exist. We may preserve any available records when required.
SentraCell complies with valid legal requests including subpoenas, court orders, and warrants. We may disclose account information, billing records, technical records, and abuse history when legally required.
You confirm you are not located in, a resident of, or operating from any country subject to U.S. economic sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine), and are not listed on any U.S. government sanctions list. You agree not to use our service in violation of any applicable sanctions or export control laws.
SentraCell may suspend or terminate service immediately and without notice for Terms violations, abuse complaints, fraud indicators, compliance risk, chargebacks, payment disputes, or if we believe continued service creates legal, regulatory, or reputational exposure. This may occur without proof of wrongdoing. Refunds are not guaranteed upon termination for cause.
All sales are final once a proxy has been activated and credentials have been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incompatibility with third-party platforms. Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to debt collection. If your proxy is non-functional from the time of delivery through no fault of your own, contact us immediately via Telegram and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
Services are provided AS IS, AS AVAILABLE, WITH ALL FAULTS. We do not guarantee uptime, speed, IP reputation, compatibility, or continuous access. Network conditions change constantly. Carrier and infrastructure changes outside our control may affect service quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentraCell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or reputation damage. Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 30 days.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TND Solutions LLC and its owners, members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, investigations, government actions, regulatory actions, legal costs, and attorney fees resulting from your activity, misuse, violations, resale activity, or downstream users. This obligation survives termination of service.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree that all disputes must be handled individually — no class actions, collective claims, or group lawsuits. All disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active clients of significant changes via Telegram.
