How to Use the SentraCell Mobile Proxy Management Bot

Every SentraCell proxy comes with full Telegram bot control. No web portal, no logins, no third-party software. You manage everything, IP rotation, device reboots, auto-rotation schedules, team access, OpenVPN configs, straight from your phone or desktop in Telegram.

Here's a complete walkthrough of every feature so you know exactly what you're working with.

Getting Started

Open Telegram, search @sentracell_proxies_bot, and hit Start. The bot will ask where you heard about us, pick an option or paste a referral code if you have one. After that you land on your dashboard.

The dashboard shows every proxy you own, with the connection name, current IP, carrier, auto-rotation status, last 24-hour usage, and license expiry date. Tap any proxy to manage it individually, or use Bulk Actions for fleet-wide changes.

Per-Proxy Controls

Tap the gear icon on any individual proxy and you get the full management panel. Here's what each button does.

• Rotate IPOne tap, your proxy gets a fresh IP within 5 to 10 seconds. Use this whenever you need a new identity. The connection stays live throughout, no need to reconnect.
• RebootFull device reboot. Use this if the proxy feels slow, unresponsive, or shows offline. The device comes back online in 1 to 2 minutes ready to go.
• CredentialsView your active proxy login (host, port, username, password) for both SOCKS5 and HTTP. You can reset both passwords with one tap if a credential ever needs to be rotated.
• Action LinksView, create, or delete rotation and reboot links assigned to this proxy. Useful if a team member needs direct access without using the bot, or if a link goes rogue and you want to revoke it. One tap clears them all.
• Auto RotateSet a custom interval and the bot will rotate the IP automatically. Pick from 5, 15, 30, or 60 minute presets, or enter any custom value. Disable it just as easily when you don't need it.
• VPN ConfigsGenerate OpenVPN config files directly from the bot. Name the file, hit create, and download. OpenVPN routes your entire system through the proxy, every browser, every app, on phone or desktop. Different from just using SOCKS5/HTTP in a single browser.
• RefreshA lighter alternative to a full reboot. Refreshes the internet connection on the device when things feel sluggish. Faster than rebooting, often enough to fix the issue.

Bulk Actions

Running more than one proxy? The Bulk Actions button on the main dashboard lets you set auto-rotation across multiple proxies at once. Select all or pick specific ones, choose your interval, done. This is the move when you're scaling and don't want to configure each proxy individually.

Expired Licenses

The Expired button lets you see any past proxies that have lapsed. Useful for checking historical IDs, or for renewing one with the same configuration. Tapping the renew button takes you straight to a Telegram chat with our team.

Team Access

If you're running an agency or team, you can grant access to others without sharing your owner credentials. Hit the Team Access button, then Add Member. There are two role types.

Admin

Admins get full proxy control: rotate, reboot, manage settings, view credentials, add or remove VAs. The only thing they can't do is remove the owner. Effectively a duplicate of your access, useful for trusted partners or co-founders.

VA (Virtual Assistant)

VAs get read access plus rotation and reboot. They can view credentials, view the rotate and reboot links, and use the bot to manage the proxy day-to-day. They can't change settings or manage other team members. Best fit for client account managers or VAs who need to operate the proxy but shouldn't be modifying configuration.

Settings & Support

The Settings panel shows your Telegram username and ID, account type, where you said you heard about us, and your bot join date. You can also enter a referral code here after the fact if you have one.

The Refresh Button (Top Level)

One last thing: if you just renewed a proxy and the dashboard still shows the old expiry date, hit the top-level Refresh button. It pulls the latest data from our backend and updates everything.
